Tees Sport Voucher Terms & Conditions

Tees Sport gift vouchers are redeemable at offer prices against the full range of products on www.teessport.com.

They can be redeemed by entering the voucher code on the basket page of the website, provided that an account has been registered thereon, or it can be redeemed by post to: Tees Sport, Westerby Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 8TD.

These vouchers can only be redeemed once and only in full.

These vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

These vouchers cannot be redeemed against any postage and packing charges relating to the order for which it is being used.

These vouchers cannot be redeemed at any Tees Sport sales stands.

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate, except where specific next-day or named-day delivery options are selected. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

Any items that are received damaged or incorrect will be considered for repair, replacement, part-replacement or refund if reported to Tees Sport within 30 days of receipt. Please note that where blades and rubbers are concerned the ratings given are a general guide and are not binding in terms of fault if they don’t precisely agree with the interpretation of any particular individual.

In the event that Tees Sport or products sold by Tees Sport are at fault postage costs for returns will be liable to be refunded up to the value of £5.00. Exceptions to this will be considered for returns weighing more than 1kg. Products which are claimed to be faulty and weigh more than 2kg (e.g. robots etc.) can be arranged to be collected by Tees Sport (or an agent acting on behalf of Tees Sport) via a courier service. This service will incur no cost to you if the product is verified as faulty. If the product is verified as not faulty upon its return the product will be returned to you subject to a £30.00 carriage charge, which must be paid in advance of its return.

Tees Sport may employ an agent to act on their behalf for the handling of servicing or claims regarding fault of certain products (e.g. robots). This does not affect your statutory rights, however, you may be required to discuss all aspects of any such claim with Tees Sport's third party agent to the point that the issue is resolved.

In the event that Tees Sport or products sold by Tees Sport are not at fault, all postage costs for returns will be liable to be paid by you and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Notification of the return of goods in these circumstances must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In the event that a price reduction has been introduced for any goods after a purchase has been made, Tees Sport will provide a part-refund for the difference between the price paid for the item and the reduced price introduced on condition that a claim for such a part-refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All product characteristic ratings found on the Tees Sport website are taken from a combination of professional opinion resulting from our own testing and/or guidance provided by the manufacturers. These ratings are therefore only considered to be an approximate guide and Tees Sport cannot be held responsible if your interpretation of these ratings fails to match your own opinion of the product's characteristics after initial use.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Tees Sport has received payment in full for that product.

The Couriers will attempt delivery twice, after this, you as the customer are obliged to collect the goods from your local branch.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tees Sport advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

From time to time Tees Sport may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Conditions of delivery

Tees Sport use the following delivery services to fulfil orders, some of which will be made available or not depending on the products ordered. The following conditions apply for these delivery services:

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery

- Orders must be placed before 1.30pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1.30pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched no later than the following weekday.

- Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, except on bank holidays.

- End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

- Money back guarantee on your delivery charge if your delivery does not arrive on time. Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly and on time if delivered before 6pm on the specified delivery date.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

- Estimated 1-2 working day delivery from the date of dispatch. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.

- End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

- The expected (although not guaranteed) due date for deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 1 working day after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 working days after the expected due date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that Tees Sport cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.

- Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

- Estimated 2-3 working day delivery from the date of dispatch. While Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.

- End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

- The expected (although not guaranteed) due date for deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 working days after the expected due date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that Tees Sport cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.

- Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.

Fedex UK Tracked Delivery

- Estimated 1-2 working day delivery from the date of dispatch. While Fedex delivery orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.

- End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

- The expected (although not guaranteed) due date for deliveries by Fedex is 1-2 working days after dispatch. If you inform us that you have not received your order more than 2 days after despatch we can instruct Fedex to perform an investigation to provide further information on the delivery. If Fedex are unable to provide a satisfactory outcome or valid proof of delivery then we will pursue a claim for loss. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that Tees Sport cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf before such time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.

- Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.

Furdeco Courier Delivery

- Used for full-size table orders only.

- Delivery timescale is postcode dependent, but estimated at 7 - 10 working days. You will be contacted via email or phone within 2 working days of the order being placed to advise of the nearest available delivery date and 3-hour timeslot in your area, at which time you can choose an available delivery date and timeslot that best suits you.

- In the event that products other than full-size tables are also included in an order, these products will be dispatched via one of the other delivery services above, depending on the products selected, separately from the table/s at the earliest available date, unless specifically requested otherwise by you to be dispatched later.
