TSP was founded in 1983. Since then TSP Germany has distributed the table tennis sporting products of the japanese manufacturer Tonomura Sporting Products (TSP). What began as an agency for Germany, soon expanded into the representation of the entire european market.

TSP convinces with a wide variety of high quality products. With the innovative development of the "Buit-in--Power"-Rubbers with integrated speed glueing effect an alternative to speed glueing was created. Even at the beginning TSP was well-known around defensive players, because of their offer of high quality long pimple rubbers, first of all the Curl P1.

With the patented Balsa Glasfibre-System TSP developed their own blade series. The combination of the elastic Glasfibre layers and the vertical fibres of the core layer produces a circular and extremely big hitting zone. By that means the bounce of the ball becomes precise, without any vibration and with high control.

For children and juniors TSP arranged a sortiment of blades adapted for children, the TSP Light Blades. For this purpose the problem areas of the adult blades were changed into an appropriate thickness of the grip, length of the grip and transition from grip to blade.

The newly developed digital counter in combination with a software programme makes it possible, to place the match results into the internet at a time as live ticker. With the additional software programme for tournaments or league matches entire tournaments or league matches can be managed online.

For many years now TSP has supported top players, such as this year´s spanish champion Victor Sanchez, the defensive player Evgenji Chtchtetinine, the german national player Laura Stumper or the European Champion 2000 Quanhong Gotsch. Many junior players, such as the Junior European Team Champions 2005 Anna Badosa and Carmen Solichero from Spain, are playing with TSP material.

TSP is sponsoring the women first league teams TTC Langweid and TV Busenbach and the Table Tennis Association of Württemberg-Hohenzollern. TSP was the main sponsor of the Senior World Championships 2006 in Bremen, where 3500 seniors participated, delivering altogether 184 tables and 2400 surrounds.

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate, except where specific next-day or named-day delivery options are selected. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

Any items that are received damaged or incorrect will be considered for repair, replacement, part-replacement or refund if reported to Tees Sport within 30 days of receipt. Please note that where blades and rubbers are concerned the ratings given are a general guide and are not binding in terms of fault if they don’t precisely agree with the interpretation of any particular individual.

In the event that Tees Sport or products sold by Tees Sport are at fault postage costs for returns will be liable to be refunded up to the value of £5.00. Exceptions to this will be considered for returns weighing more than 1kg. Products which are claimed to be faulty and weigh more than 2kg (e.g. robots etc.) can be arranged to be collected by Tees Sport (or an agent acting on behalf of Tees Sport) via a courier service. This service will incur no cost to you if the product is verified as faulty. If the product is verified as not faulty upon its return the product will be returned to you subject to a £20.00 carriage charge, which must be paid in advance of its return.

Tees Sport may employ an agent to act on their behalf for the handling of servicing or claims regarding fault of certain products (e.g. robots). This does not affect your statutory rights, however, you may be required to discuss all aspects of any such claim with Tees Sport's third party agent to the point that the issue is resolved.

In the event that Tees Sport or products sold by Tees Sport are not at fault, all postage costs for returns will be liable to be paid by you and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Notification of the return of goods in these circumstances must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In the event that a price reduction has been introduced for any goods after a purchase has been made, Tees Sport will provide a part-refund for the difference between the price paid for the item and the reduced price introduced on condition that a claim for such a part-refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All product characteristic ratings found on the Tees Sport website are taken from a combination of professional opinion resulting from our own testing and/or guidance provided by the manufacturers. These ratings are therefore only considered to be an approximate guide and Tees Sport cannot be held responsible if your interpretation of these ratings fails to match your own opinion of the product's characteristics after initial use.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Tees Sport has received payment in full for that product.

The Couriers will attempt delivery twice, after this, you as the customer are obliged to collect the goods from your local branch.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tees Sport advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

From time to time Tees Sport may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Conditions of delivery

Tees Sport use the following delivery services to fulfil orders, some of which will be made available or not depending on the products ordered. The following conditions apply for these delivery services:

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (excluding Saturdays)

- Orders must be placed before 1.30pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1.30pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched no later than the following weekday.

- Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. Orders placed before 1.30pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, except on bank holidays, when they will be delivered on the following day.

- End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

- Money back guarantee on your delivery charge if your delivery does not arrive on time. Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly and on time if delivered before 1pm on the specified delivery date.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Saturday Delivery

- Orders must be placed before 1.30pm Friday (or the Thursday before the Good Friday bank holiday) for delivery on the Saturday of that week.

- Orders placed on Friday after 1.30pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day and will be dispatched on the Friday of the following week for delivery on the Saturday. You may contact us to request dispatch on another day of the following week if preferred.

DX Courier Delivery

- Used for full-size table orders only.

- Delivery timescale is postcode dependent, but estimated at 7 - 10 working days. You will be contacted within 2 working days of the order being placed to advise of the nearest available delivery dates in your area, at which time you can choose the available delivery date that best suits you.

- You will be contacted by text message or email at approximately 6pm the evening before your specified delivery date to advise you of the 3-hour delivery window for your table delivery. Delivery hours are between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

- In the event that products other than full-size tables are also included in an order, these products will be dispatched via one of the other delivery services above, depending on the products selected, separately from the table/s at the earliest available date, unless specifically requested otherwise by you to be dispatched later.
